Business Automation SpecialistAs a seasoned automation professional, you will work closely with our team to design and implement cutting-edge business processes that streamline operations and boost productivity.Configure and Optimize CRM Modules: Leverage your expertise in Zoho CRM to configure and optimize modules, layouts, fields, views, roles, and permissions for seamless integration with other business tools.Build and Connect Forms: Develop Zoho Forms that seamlessly integrate with CRM workflows, enabling efficient data collection and analysis.Email Automation Expertise: Utilize Deluge scripting skills to create and maintain email automations that drive business growth and customer engagement.Develop and Manage Workflows: Craft and manage complex workflows, blueprints, and validation rules within Zoho CRM to ensure optimal business performance.Integrate and Monitor Systems: Build and monitor integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, and webhooks to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.Troubleshoot System Issues: Proactively identify and resolve system issues, automation failures, and data sync problems to maintain high-quality service delivery.Process Improvement and Documentation: Analyze and improve system processes to support scalability and team adoption, while documenting best practices for future reference.Automation Opportunities: Continuously identify and recommend automation opportunities that reduce manual work and enhance data accuracy, driving business efficiency and growth.Key Qualifications:At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM configuration and administration.Strong Deluge scripting expertise, particularly in email and workflow automation.Proven ability to build and deploy Zoho Forms and synchronize them with CRM.Sound working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.Bonus points for experience with Zoho Creator.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in system logic and data structure.Clear communication skills to translate requirements into effective automations.Self-motivated and able to deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
