In this role, you will work with organizations to implement and maintain Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.HCM Technical/Functional Consultants play a critical role in delivering successful implementations by working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions.The ideal candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk.Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is required.Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions is necessary.Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.The specialist must be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.In return for your skills and expertise, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
