Senior HCM Implementation Leader

As a senior leader in Human Capital Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients. With 7+ years of experience, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.This position requires a strong understanding of the hire to retire cycle and the ability to develop strategic plans to implement Fusion modules such as Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Talent Management.You must have expert domain knowledge in HCM, including expertise in talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.Experience with end-to-end HCM implementations is essential for this role.Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this position, as well as leadership capabilities and problem-solving and influencing skills.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and monitoring team members, with a focus on developing their skills and abilities. They will also be able to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues in a timely and effective manner.This role involves collaboration with clients throughout the project lifecycle, requiring excellent client management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
