Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, based in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) using Oracle Fusion. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, providing consulting services to support HR processes, ensuring seamless integration of HCM solutions, and facilitating smooth implementations and updates, all while adhering to best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Capital Management and Human Capital conceptsStrong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Employee Benefits processesExperience in Consulting with an understanding of client requirements and solution deliveryAbility to analyze business needs and apply Oracle Fusion HCM solutions effectivelyExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules or similar systemsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM or related domains are a plus
