We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Process Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing workflow, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to streamline workflows.
- Design and document efficient business processes, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and track improvements.
- Work closely with Healthcare centers to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable process improvements.
- Provide training and support at diagnostic centers on new systems implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to further enhance process efficiency.
- Clearly defining, documenting, and effectively communicating requirements to stakeholders and team members.
- Generating periodic reports, dashboards, and Management Information System (MIS) updates to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and handling day-to-day office tasks.
- Acting as a liaison between healthcare providers and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify process inefficiencies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- expertise in generating MIS reports and conducting data analysis.
- Mastery over MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other data tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on precision in all tasks.
