Job Summary:Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead HCM extract and integration projects.As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM tools to drive business success.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement efficient HCM extract processes to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM API.Develop and maintain HDL imports, focusing on data accuracy and reliability.Implement Mulesoft solutions to enhance integration capabilities (desirable).Provide technical support for Oracle HCM tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.Drive process improvements through data analysis and problem-solving skills.Ensure excellent documentation and communication with stakeholders.RequirementsFor this role, we seek an experienced individual with:Strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM technologies.Hands-on experience with HCM extract, API integration, and Fast Formulas.Optional: familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a significant advantage.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
