Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support.Mentor junior developers so they become rockstars too.Required Skills and Qualifications6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development. Strong hands in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL.Experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a big win. Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services.Ability to lead discussions with clients and hold the room. Prior experience guiding technical teams through global implementations.Certification is a bonus.
