Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned HCM professional to lead large-scale transformations.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, with a strong focus on solution architecture, integration, and data migration.They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.Key Responsibilities:Design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Develop technical components, including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.Mandatory Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Others:Please follow our company page for global openings:
