Senior Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM CloudBest Infosystems Ltd is a leading provider of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team.This role involves technical development and support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on US and Canada Payroll.8+ years of experience in technical development with expertise in Fast Formula development and payroll area for US and Canada region.Strong writing skills and experience with RTF template updates, BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PL SQL tuning.Experience with HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA knowledge.Possess HDL experience and knowledge of Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare technical required documents.Key Responsibilities:Job DescriptionGather detailed technical requirements from business stakeholders and document these in technical specifications.Unite regression testing of RICE components.Coordinate with team regarding required open tickets and work on them.Consult on requested technical changes and partner with team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts.Analyze impact of technical changes in Fast Formulas and lead meetings to resolve priority issues.Ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.Support development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.Provide experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.Plan for and support migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.Qualifications and ExperienceTechnical development with expertise in Fast Formula development and payroll area for US and Canada region.Writing skills with experience in RTF template updates, BIP, OTBI, and SQL/PL SQL tuning.Experience with HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA knowledge.HDL experience and knowledge of Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Communication skills and ability to prepare technical required documents.
