About the PositionWe are seeking a seasoned HCM Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications to develop and manage business intelligence reports and dashboards.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set, a minimum of 8-14 years of working experience, and proficiency in developing secure BI and OTBI reports/dashboards, extracts, ETL jobs, and Fast Formula.Familiarity with data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates is required. The candidate should also have an understanding of HCM roles, security, and customizing workflow.An excellent analytical and debugging skills are essential for this role.Additionally, the ability to create comprehensive documentation, conduct thorough testing, and migrate objects into production is necessary.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage BI and OTBI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards to ensure they meet evolving business needs.Design and implement new reports and dashboards to address emerging business requirements.Requirements:Minimum 8-14 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.Strong technical skill set, including proficiency in BI and OTBI reporting tools.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.Ability to create comprehensive documentation and migrate objects into production.Benefits:A challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Competitive compensation package.
