Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced consultant to support complex time and labor configurations, integrations, and attestation workflows within Oracle Fusion HCM.Time and Labor (T&L)Attestation SetupTime Clock IntegrationOracle REST & SOAP APIsTCD IntegrationTime Card Rules ConfigurationPayroll & Absence Module LinkageMain Responsibilities:Implement employee attestation at time clocksIntegrate clock attestation data with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIsConfigure T&L components: Time Card layouts, Validation rules, Shifts & device profilesSupport Payroll/Absence processing using attestation dataTroubleshoot integration issues (APIs, mappings, data flow)Perform SIT/UAT and provide go-live supportNice to Have:Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experienceExperience with time clock vendors (Kronos, UKG, etc.)Compliance workflow knowledgeAbout This RoleThis role requires a high level of technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM – Time, particularly in the areas of time and labor configuration, integration, and attestation. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues. In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills are required for this role as well.
