Financial Analyst PositionThe role of a Financial Analyst involves analyzing financial data to create reports, forecast trends and support business decision-making. This position works closely with finance, accounting and leadership teams to ensure accurate budgeting, planning and financial performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial statements, cash flow and performance metrics to provide insights for management.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports using various tools and techniques.Monitor key financial indicators and track budget variances.Budgeting & Forecasting:Collaborate in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.Track budget variances and provide explanations for deviations from expected results.Support scenario planning and financial modeling using data-driven approaches.Data Modeling & Insights:Build and maintain complex financial models (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze large datasets.Interpret data trends and provide recommendations for business improvement opportunities.Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to inform strategic decisions.Business Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support project development.Provide analytical support for investments, projects and regulatory requirements.Review financial performance of departments and products to identify areas for optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and ERP systems is highly valued.Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and analytics software is desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
