About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning professional to join our team.The Senior FP&A Professional will be responsible for providing strategic insights to support business growth and success. This includes overseeing financial reporting, managing billing cycles, profitability analysis, revenue forecasting, cash flow oversight, budgeting, KPI dashboards, and financial planning.Responsibilities include:Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring accuracy and timelinessConducting profitability analysis and identifying areas for improvementDeveloping revenue forecasts and cash flow projectionsOversight of budgeting processes and ensuring alignment with business objectivesMaintaining KPI dashboards and providing regular insights to stakeholdersRequirements include:A CPA License Preferred (Active or In-Progress acceptable)4+ years in a CFO, Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, or Public Accounting roleProven experience with U.S. GAAP, ASC standards, tax compliance workflows, and audit supportExpertise in MS Excel for budgeting, FP&A, cash flow planning, cost controls, and financial analysisOur ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
