Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.About the RoleThe Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing reports using HTML and OfficeConnect tools;Designing and managing Adaptive Dashboards to serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning;Preparing and delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reports through robust reporting and visualization tools;Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.Partnering with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling and decision support.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred;5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles;Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect and dashboard creation;Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis;Excellent communication and presentation skills.Key QualificationsAbility to analyze complex financial data and present insights effectively;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;Excellent organizational and time management skills;Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment;Opportunities for professional growth and development;A competitive salary and benefits package.
