We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Servicing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in client servicing roles, with a strong background in technology, marketing technology (MarTech), FMCG, SaaS, or AI industries. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and drive exceptional service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans that align with their business objectives.Project Management: Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Client Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on our products and services.Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in a client servicing role, preferably within tech, MarTech agency, FMCG, SaaS, or AI sectors.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technology and digital marketing tools; familiarity with CRM software and analytics platforms.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with a knack for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.Problem-Solving Ability: Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
