The company is committed to being an extended service partner, offering scalable support for dynamic hiring needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance role within the International Voice Process team, located in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating agent calls to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback, and assisting in training to enhance overall performance. The Quality Assurance Analyst will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports, analyzing trends, and collaborating with team leads to meet quality benchmarks.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and ability to evaluate call quality based on set parameters.Effective communication and feedback delivery skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation to track and measure quality improvement.Experience in International Voice Processes and familiarity with customer service practices, standards, and tools.Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work in a collaborative environment.Proficiency with call monitoring systems and CRM software is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
