Job OverviewThis is a pivotal role that oversees the quality control process for all projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in construction quality control and quality assurance processes is essential.Responsibilities:Quality Control Management: Manage quality site documentation for all projects, including regular inspection reports and data analysis.Reporting and Compliance: Generate fortnightly and monthly reports on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns.Quality Inspection Reports: Conduct daily quality inspections at allocated projects, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Requirements:Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.Experience: At least 6 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in MEP works.Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction quality control and quality assurance processes and documentation.Key Skills:Excellent Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
