Job OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting audits and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Conduct thorough audits to identify areas of improvement.Use Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and present findings.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality and process improvements.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive action plans.Maintain accurate documentation of QA and training activities.Lead projects to improve quality and training effectiveness.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in call center or e-commerce environments.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.Training delivery and module creation expertise.Analytical, detail-oriented, and independent work style.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CSAT, NPS, and FCR metrics is a plus.Ability to travel for training and audit purposes.What We OfferAs a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, work on challenging projects, and make a meaningful impact on our organization's quality and training initiatives.
