Financial Insights ExpertThis critical role focuses on driving financial reporting excellence and supporting business processes. As a Financial Insights Expert, you will deliver actionable insights through robust reporting and visualization tools.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using data analytics and visualization tools;Design and manage business intelligence dashboards; Serve as subject matter expert for financial planning.Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports; Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards; Support forecasting and budgeting processes.Partner with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support; Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.Apply strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP; Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting integrity.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.Advanced proficiency in data visualization, including report development, dashboard creation, and data modeling.Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
