Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth secondary research and primary research across healthcare including pharma, medical devices, biotech and clinicals diagnostics segments. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, technological developments, and growth dynamics. Interpret complex data and generate accurate market estimates, forecasts, and insights. Report Development Lead complete report creation: scoping, methodology, data modelling, content writing, and validation. Ensure high-quality, detailed, structured, and client-ready deliverables. Review reports created by junior analysts and ensure accuracy. Client & Project Management Interact with clients for requirements, project discussions, and clarifications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery and quality control. Provide strategic recommendations based on research outcomes. Team Collaboration & Mentoring Guide and mentor junior analysts in research methodology, writing, and data modelling. Support the team in streamlining internal processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related fields. 24 years of experience in healthcare market research. Strong skills in: Secondary research Primary interviews Market Size estimation (Value & Volume) & forecasting Report writing MS Excel & PowerPoint Good understanding of healthcare value chains, regulatory landscapes, market access, pricing and industry trends. Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills Expertise in medical devices or pharmaceuticals research. Hands-on experience with databases such as IQVIA, GlobalData, Evaluate, Factiva, Hoovers, Pitchbook etc. Ability to train juniors and lead modules independently.
