Job Title: AM  - Business ContinuityLocation: GadagDepartment: SecurityAbout Employer: One of the leading MNCs in the energy sectorJob Overview: As a Business Continuity professional, the incumbent must demonstrate strong surveillance and emergency response skills, along with a deep commitment to security protocols and a thorough understanding of potential hazards and safety threats.Key Responsibilities:Ability to handle ROWs and theft issues at the site, and, if required, file FIR and take legal actionLiaising with the Govt official - SP, PI, SHOTake an update on the Legal cases of the companyEnsure Employee safety at the site and take appropriate actionsEnsure no generation loss due to any type of ROWDo line patrolling and security audits as requiredFollow up regularly for DILR & NAMaintain land records and legal records per siteAbility to handle site Vehicle operations smoothlyInvoice submission and verificationInspection of Company AssetsSearch for vendors for new services and provide quotationsAbility to handle miscellaneous activities of the site during the festivals and delegates' visitDevelop and implement security policies, protocols, and proceduresMonitor security operations at sitesRecruit, train, and supervise security officers and guardsAttend meetings with other managers to determine operational needsPlan and coordinate security operations for specific eventsCoordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarmsReview reports on incidents and breachesInvestigate and resolve issuesCreate reports for management on security statusProfile & Eligible Criteria: Education: GraduationMinimum of 6-10 years' post-qualification experience. Background from Defence will be anadvantage.Knowledge of security protocols and proceduresExperience in reporting and Emergency response planningShould have a licensed gunShould know reading, writing, and speaking of the Local Language.Knowledge of using a CCTV camera and its operation
