Job Overview: 
As a Business Continuity professional, the incumbent must demonstrate strong surveillance and emergency response skills, along with a deep commitment to security protocols and a thorough understanding of potential hazards and safety threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle ROWs and theft issues at the site, and, if required, file FIR and take legal action

  • Liaising with the Govt official - SP, PI, SHO

  • Take an update on the Legal cases of the company

  • Ensure Employee safety at the site and take appropriate actions

  • Ensure no generation loss due to any type of ROW

  • Do line patrolling and security audits as required

  • Follow up regularly for DILR & NA

  • Maintain land records and legal records per site

  • Ability to handle site Vehicle operations smoothly

  • Invoice submission and verification

  • Inspection of Company Assets

  • Search for vendors for new services and provide quotations

  • Ability to handle miscellaneous activities of the site during the festivals and delegates' visit

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures

  • Monitor security operations at sites

  • Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards

  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs

  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

  • Review reports on incidents and breaches

  • Investigate and resolve issues

  • Create reports for management on security status

Profile & Eligible Criteria: 

  • Education: Graduation
  • Minimum of 6-10 years' post-qualification experience. Background from Defence will be an
    advantage.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Experience in reporting and Emergency response planning
  • Should have a licensed gun
  • Should know reading, writing, and speaking of the Local Language.
  • Knowledge of using a CCTV camera and its operation
