Job location : Dr Meharwade's Eye Hospital, 4th Cross, Vivekananda Road, Near Chetana Canteen, Masari, Gadag, Karnataka 582101
Role: Handles recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR operations.
Gender : Females
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and manage new employee onboarding.
Payroll & Attendance: Maintain attendance records, process payroll, and manage leave requests.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure company policies follow labor laws.
HR Records & Documentation: Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR reports.
Training & Development: Organize training sessions and track employee performance improvements.
Exit Process: Manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, and handle full & final settlements.
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business
4- 5 years of experience in HR preferably in similar industry
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information system), receuiitment software and performance management tools
Skills Required: Organised
Good time management skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor laws
Proficiency is MS Office, Excel, Spreadsheet
Reports To: Business Owner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
