Additionally, they assist in establishing regional expert networks, maintaining expert connections, and supporting customers in conducting clinical scientific research.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive training plans and provide timely clinical application training on related products;Identify and resolve customer's clinical problems in a timely manner, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish lasting customer relationships;Collect customer feedback and outstanding clinical images/cases, and compile them to support product sales and new product development;Assist in establishing regional expert networks, maintain expert connections, and support customers in conducting clinical scientific research;Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reference hospitals in the designated region, and responsible for receiving visiting reference hospitals;Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve the company's sales targets and business growth by providing pre-sales/after-sales product/application demonstration support, as well as assisting in organizing various promotions and exhibitions.
