Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Job Description:-


  • Work with Leadership & Operations Teams closely to understand manpower requisition and deliver with a quick TAT.
  • Design and roll out the organizational structure and banding process.
  • Work with the management to create budgets for individual departments and hierarchy flow for the organisation.
  • Create a career vision and development plan for employees of all departments.
  • Promote and push for in-house recruitment.
  • Help relook and redefine company vision & mission statement apart from company policies and procedures.
  • Create a brand focused onboarding format for employees of all departments.
  • Develop audit processes and re-design salary structures and implement an efficient Payroll & HRIS system.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development.
  • Drive cultural intervention to make organization values a way of life. Design and run capability development initiatives for various cohorts aligned with organizational needs and individual capability and career aspirations.
  • Develop and Anchor Performance Management, Talent Management process, HR policies and processes, Communication & Engagement processes like Town Halls, Executive Offsites, Fun@work, R&R process.
  • Manage the Employer Value Proposition – work on employer content for Lavonne’s website, manage the company’s social media presence Achievements to ensure employer branding.
  • Embedding organization Values in every touchpoint of employee life cycle and bringing in change in the language of the employees.
