The Development and Growth Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective fundraising strategies to generate financial support for the organization's projects, campaigns, and events. The individual will work closely with donors, partners, and internal teams to identify potential sources of funding and maintain strong donor relationships.


 *Key Responsibilities:*

*Fundraising Strategy Development:* 

 Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet financial goals. This includes individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grant writing, and online fundraising campaigns.

  

 *Donor Relationship Management:* 

 Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors while identifying and engaging new donors. Organize donor appreciation events, communications, and recognition programs.


*Grant Writing and Proposals:* 

 Research and apply for relevant grants from foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Write compelling proposals to secure funding for various projects.


*Event Planning and Execution:* 

 Organize fundraising events, both online and in-person and other events aligned with the organization's mission. Coordinate volunteers and stakeholders involved in these events.


*Digital and Social Media Campaigns:* 

 Manage and drive online fundraising efforts using digital marketing and social media platforms to reach a broader audience.


*Reporting and Data Management:* 

 Track, analyze, and report fundraising performance metrics. Ensure accurate recording of donations and maintain a database of donors and fundraising activities.


 *Collaborations and Partnerships:* 

 Build relationships with corporations, foundations, and like-minded organizations to foster partnerships that enhance fundraising efforts.


 *Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in fundraising, donor management, and event planning for nonprofit or spiritual organizations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and inspire donors.

- Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising software is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Passion for and alignment with the mission and values of a spiritual organization.
