P MO Framework & Governance:
Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and methodologies.
Ensure alignment of project management frameworks with business objectives.
Oversee project governance, including risk management, issue tracking, and reporting.
Project Portfolio Management:
Manage the overall project portfolio, prioritizing and allocating resources.
Provide oversight on project delivery, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Report on project portfolio health to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support to Project Managers:
Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers.
Assist in developing project charters, timelines, and resource plans.
Support risk assessment, change management, and issue resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the key liaison between project teams and senior management.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead initiatives to improve PMO processes and efficiency.
Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders for refinements.
Evaluate and enhance tools, templates, and methodologies.
Training & Development:
Conduct training for project managers and teams on project management best practices.
Promote a culture of project management excellence within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
Experience: 5-8 years in project management or PMO roles with experience in managing project portfolios.
Proven ability to implement PMO frameworks and manage governance processes.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
