Key Responsibilities:

Align Sales and Marketing Objectives with Business Strategy

As a Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC), you will be responsible for aligning sales and marketing objectives with the company's business strategy. This involves active participation in strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.


Lead Sales and Marketing Department Design

You will be accountable for designing an effective sales & marketing department, including job roles, sales channel design, and sales & marketing resource deployment.


Meet Sales and Marketing Targets

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.


Drive Sales and Marketing Training

You will define and coordinate sales & marketing training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support Company sales & marketing objectives.


Establish Sales and Marketing Performance Management System

Establishes and governs the sales & marketing department performance management system in coordination with HR. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales & marketing jobs.


Provide Leadership to Sales and Marketing Team

Provides leadership to the sales and marketing management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, success, ethical behavior and business goal achievement.


Lead Sales and Marketing Change Initiatives

Leads sales and marketing change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change.


Maintain Productive Relationships with Customers and Prospects

Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects.


Develop and Implement Marketing Plan

Develops and implements a cohesive marketing plan and strategy to increase brand awareness, market share and success ratio.


Monitor Market and Competitor Activities

Identifying where improvement can be made and developing sales & marketing campaigns and strategy to achieve organization goals. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities.


Key Deliverables:

Regular Reports with Metrics

Preparation of regular reports with metrics to monitor the progress of sales & marketing department and presentation of same before management.
