Job Description:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional projects within the organization. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in project management, with a marketing background, and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership, ideally in a Founder’s Office role. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with the Founders and key stakeholders to understand project requirements, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
- Conduct regular project updates, track progress, and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to optimize resources and deliver value.
- Identify and implement improvements in project processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing insights, analytical support, and recommendations to leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of total professional experience with at least 1 year in project management or a similar role, preferably in a Founder’s Office or strategic role.
- Strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in the travel, e-commerce, or technology industry.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
