  • PMO Framework & Governance:
  • Develop and implement PMO processes, policies, and methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment of project management frameworks with business objectives.
  • Oversee project governance, including risk management, issue tracking, and reporting.
  • Project Portfolio Management:
  • Manage the overall project portfolio, prioritizing and allocating resources.
  • Provide oversight on project delivery, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Report on project portfolio health to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support to Project Managers:
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers.
  • Assist in developing project charters, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Support risk assessment, change management, and issue resolution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the key liaison between project teams and senior management.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead initiatives to improve PMO processes and efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from project teams and stakeholders for refinements.
  • Evaluate and enhance tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct training for project managers and teams on project management best practices.
  • Promote a culture of project management excellence within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
  • Experience: 5-8 years in project management or PMO roles with experience in managing project portfolios.
  • Proven ability to implement PMO frameworks and manage governance processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
