The Job• As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be part of the team that tests andautomates Business Process Management (BPM) applications.• You will design test cases and test scalable, extensible, reliable, and maintainableapplications.• Work with cross-functional teams to test and automate innovative solutions that meetthe needs of our customers.• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks andsolutions as applicable.• Be agile and embrace change.• You will collaborate across the organization with architects, UX experts, productmanagers and other software developers.• You will use your expertise in testing and building high quality cloud solutions.• You are expected to be hands-on and up to date with the latest technology stack.
Qualifications & Skills required:• UG - B.Tech/B.E. OR PG – M.S. / M.Tech/M.C.A. from REC or above.• At least 4 years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium.• Strong expertise in CI/CD.• Proficient in Jenkins and other DevOps tools.• Good knowledge of Java.• Understanding of Quality Assurance processes for software application testing.• Should be flexible for manual testing when necessary.• Experience in Web Automation testing, developing, and executing test cases.• Good knowledge of software testing life cycle:• Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting.• Hands-on experience on Functional, Regression, System and UAT Testing.• Excellent in defect finding, debugging, root cause analysis capabilities.• Exposure to Agile Scrum, JIRA or Confluence, bitbucket.• Must have efficient written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently & in a team with a high level of quality
