This is a high-impact role that offers excellent growth in a technically dynamic and competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through visits, networking, exhibitions, and cold callsConduct technical product presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrationsWork with internal teams to finalize product configurations based on client needsNegotiate pricing, delivery terms, and close ordersMaintain funnel stages and report forecasting, booking, and conversion ratiosCoordinate GeM-related requirements when applicableHandle client relationship building, including account mapping and cross-referralsParticipate in roadshows, client events, and regional marketing campaignsSubmit daily visit reports, MOMs, and lost order analyses if applicableRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial/B2B salesGood knowledge of industrial buying cycles and tendering practicesMust have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensivelyProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM usage, and digital communicationPreferred AttributesSelf-starter with a "go-getter" attitudeExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong technical comprehension and consultative selling approach
