Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations.The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.Key Skills & CompetenciesExpertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and process orientation.Ability to manage teams in a global IT setup.Awareness of US-based operations.ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & ComplianceOversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Employee Experience & EngagementDrive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives.Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.Performance & Policy ManagementDrive yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates.Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it by seamless execution.Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities.Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency.Manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively.Statutory ComplianceOversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws.Ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence.Additional ResponsibilitiesServe as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.Should have knowledge of Greythr and Smartsheet.Oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely delivery of team members.Travel to Gujarat office on a quarterly basis.
