Site HR Manager

Job Title: HR Partner – Nxtra Location: Vizag – Site HR Reporting to: Head HR - Nxtra Type: Full-time Looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the people agenda for our upcoming AI Data Center (300 MW) project. This role requires strong expertise in industrial relations, HR operations, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management . The individual will be responsible for establishing and managing HR operations for both on-roll and contractual employees, ensuring smooth site functioning and adherence to statutory compliances. HR Strategy & Operations Lead the end-to-end HR function for the AI Data Center site, aligning people practices with business objectives. Establish HR processes, systems, and frameworks for a large-scale industrial setup. Drive HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, development, performance, and exit. Liaise with local authorities, labor departments, and government bodies as needed. Proactively handle grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and statutory norms. Workforce Management Oversee workforce planning and deployment of both on-roll and contractual employees . Partner with site leadership, facilities, and security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Capability Building & Culture Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. Design and implement learning and development interventions suited to site needs. Qualifications & Experience ~ MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. ~5–7 years of HR experience , with at least 2 years in industrial or factory HR roles . ~ Strong understanding of labor laws , statutory compliance, and contract labor management. ~ Experience managing greenfield or large-scale site operations will be an added advantage. ~ Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
