Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar)What You Bring to the TableBachelor's degree in BusinessMinimum 5-8 years of National or Global end-customer sales experienceExperience selling through direct and indirect channelsSuccessful experience presenting to groups and C-level contactsExperience in telecommunication/technology is preferredEnterprise Account Management with BPOs/Call Centers experience beneficialSales Project Management experience is a plusInternational experience is an advantageSkills and Knowledge:Customer-centric focus with strong sales process and account management skillsProficient in CRM and Microsoft Office applications to manage sales territoriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to capture, process, and analyze data to make informed decisionsAbility to work in a global team sales environmentHigh-performance sales professional with proven sales excellenceSound, independent decision-making and problem-solving abilityAbility to balance immediate needs with long-term objectivesStrong business and financial acumenSelf-directed, self-motivated, and able to work from homeEffective time management skillsWillingness to travel up to 60% domesticallyYour Responsibilities at a Glance Customer SalesIdentify customer prospects within large, decentralized complex global accounts and organizationsFollow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline developmentUtilize solution sales process and CRM to build and manage an appropriate customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectivesExecute sales plans to capture customer category share and ensure long-term relationships delivering recurring revenue in all regionsDevelop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships to penetrate customer accounts, identify opportunities, generate run rate revenue, and manage sales projects through to closeProvide customer feedback and market insight to the organization in support of new product developmentManage individual OPEX within annual finance guidelinesAccount ManagementDevelop and execute Global Account sales plans to capture market share, exceed regional and global revenue goals, gross margin targets, and other key metricsEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for account mappingCoordinate involvement of company global personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectationsLead account planning process for assigned global customers to develop mutual business and performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one- and three-year periodsProactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and coordinate engagement of support staff as neededEngage and align with other regions globally for account-specific knowledge transfer and collaboration on account planningManage customer proof of concept and product testing/qualification projectsHelp customers identify product use cases per employee profiles, delivering value-added customized product and service solutionsManage activities related to targeted account sales/marketing campaigns or programsEstablish and cultivate strong relationships with key local players from reseller partner communityInput, manage, and analyze data from customer sales systems (CRM/Zyme) to create and implement financially sound sales strategyInitiate discussions with management regarding trends that may affect success, and recommend solutions and appropriate courses of actionAbout Our Client Our client, founded in 1996, is a leading manufacturer of reliable and affordable computer peripherals, serving schools, businesses, healthcare facilities, and call centers.
