Position: Area Sales HeadExperience: 11- 12 yearsLocation: Location- Visakhapatnam (6 Days Working)About Company:  Affordplan is a category leading healthcare payment platform. It's product Swasth  enables its partner hospitals to drive more engaging patient life cycles while helping patients save on their medical bills. Affordplan works with 100+ hospitals across the country and is present in 20+ cities. Affordplan plans to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count. Roles and Responsibilities: Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year Building the AffordPlan brand within the defined hospital network zone Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers. Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives. Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches Preparing sales reports/power point presentations Managing reconciliation with the hospital. Key Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record in managing field sales and achieving sales targets. Exposure to fintech products is an added advantage Good understanding of the local market and customer behaviour in the assigned area. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
