Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and dedicated Ambassadors to help us expand our tutor community by recruiting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our platform. As an Ambassador, you will act as a liaison between your university’s academic community and our platform, helping us acquire highly qualified tutors from diverse fields.

You will focus on identifying students, graduates, alumni, and academic professionals in STEM, Commerce, and other subject areas to join our platform as tutors.


Duration: Remote position based in India with a three-month contract.


What are you expected to do:

  • Identify and reach out to subject matter experts (students, alumni, professors, etc.) in key academic fields (STEM, commerce) and encourage them to join our platform as freelance tutors.
  • Develop brand awareness of Course Hero’s platform by actively engaging with university departments, professors, and clubs to identify and recruit potential tutors.
  • Organize events, information sessions, webinars, and campaigns to raise awareness about our platform and encourage tutor sign-ups.
  • Guide the prospective tutors through the application process.
  • Distribute flyers, run social media campaigns, and share promotional materials across campus to generate interest in the tutor role.


What you will need:

  • Must have strong connections within university departments, student clubs, and relevant academic communities.
  • Active involvement in campus activities and a strong understanding of the local university landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with potential tutors.
  • Capable of organizing and executing outreach initiatives, events, and campaigns independently and tracking progress towards acquisition goals.
  • Ability to leverage social media platforms to promote opportunities and engage with potential tutors.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Slides) and Canva is a plus.

Second-year college student or above

Additional Requirements:
