Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR, Influencers, and Collaboration Manager to lead our public relations, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PR, influencer marketing, and managing collaborations, with a passion for beauty and storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:


Public Relations:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand share of voice

- Cultivate relationships with beauty editors, journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive press coverage and brand mentions.

- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

- Organize and manage press events, product launches, and other PR-related activities.

- Monitor and report on media coverage, providing insights and recommendations for future PR efforts.

- Responsible for thought leadership for founder



Influencer Marketing:

- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with beauty influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s goals and values.

- Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience and enhances brand storytelling.

- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, optimizing for engagement, reach, and ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new influencer opportunities.


Collaborations and Events :

- Identify and pursue strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that align with our brand ethos and growth objectives.

- Negotiate collaboration agreements and oversee the execution of joint campaigns and projects.

- Manage relationships with key external partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership activities into overall brand strategy.

- Manage and execute events at key stores with society taste makers , influencers and Guestlisting



Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

- Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and brand partners in the beauty industry.
