Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales / Business Development Manager (BDM) in the US Staffing division. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new clients, and managing accounts for staffing and consulting services. The BDM will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored solutions.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • 4+ Years Experience in US Staffing industry
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in business development in the US Staffing domain
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • US Staffing experience in Business Development with strong technical and Business Development experience.
  • Strong client network and connects.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:

  • Identify potential clients in the US market through research, networking, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Establish contact with key decision-makers such as HR managers, procurement teams, and hiring managers.


Account Management:

  • Understand client requirements and present tailored staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships to foster repeat business.


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Leverage market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.


Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and materials.


Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics and business pipeline.
