Position: Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-Site)


Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist at IIDST, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with IIDST’s offerings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
