Are you passionate about HR technology and eager to shape the future of digital HR at DOMO? We are looking for a driven HRIS (SuccessFactors) Senior Expert to join our global HR team from March 2026 until February 2027 . In this role, you will lead the optimization and expansion of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring it supports our strategic HR goals and delivers value across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation in a dynamic, international environment . Your Responsibilities: Strategy & Roadmap Develop and drive the long-term HRIS strategy, focusing on digitalization and automation of HR processes. Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs. Project & Release Management Lead and support HRIS projects such as compensation module roll-out, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll integration. Evaluate SuccessFactors releases, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend updates to enhance efficiency. Continuous Improvement & Change Management Ensure alignment between HR systems and operational processes. Translate HR data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Improve system integration and maintain data integrity across platforms. User Support & Knowledge Management Provide expert support on HRIS issues and promote best practices. Design and deliver training to upskill HR colleagues and enhance system adoption. Your Profile: Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certified in at least two modules. Experience: 5–10 years in HRIS roles, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) and experience in global environments. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Languages: Fluent in English.
