As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve client objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and USPs.
  • Work end-to-end across the paid marketing funnel: Creative, Targeting, Budget Allocation, Spend Optimization, Landing Pages, Tracking, etc.
  • Create and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google AdWords.
  • Set up and optimize ad targeting parameters to reach the right audience.
  • Monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and to achieve client goals.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to spending limits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Keep the client updated with the ad results. Generate regular reports for clients, summarizing ad campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
