Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance-based marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and achieving growth objectives. You will manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and more.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad copy, creative, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Use data and analytics to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Perform detailed analysis of audience behavior and segmentation to improve targeting and audience reach.
  • Work on lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies to meet business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media management.
  • Proven experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media ads, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in budget management and optimization for maximum ROI.
