About the job

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years working with a Business-to-Business (B2B) brand. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, along with a basic understanding of SEO and retargeting DSPs. This role requires expertise in creating, running, and monitoring performance campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of our future ad platform for website monetisation.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Create, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, including app install campaigns, to drive visitors, installs, user engagement, and conversions.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies in collaboration with Category teams to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data to optimize ROAS and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • SEO: Leverage basic SEO knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness and collaborate on broader marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across different categories to maximize the impact of marketing spend.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Ad Platform Development: Develop frameworks to launch and test ad products for our upcoming ad platform.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, product, and category teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a B2B brand.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and retargeting DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising performance campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software like Google Analytics, Search Console, Mixpanel, and others for campaign management and performance analysis.
  • Candidates with prior experience in healthcare e-commerce will be preferred.
