Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will contribute as a key team member or lead role in large or mega-deal engagements within a specific business function.Your responsibilities will include supporting advisory teams in delivering ISG methodology and tools to assist client sourcing initiatives, assisting or leading in developing initial assessments, project plans, vendor research and selections, financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations, and post-selection administrative tasks.You will engage in firm thought leadership, practice and IP development, including writing white papers and articles, creating sales and marketing collateral, and supporting presales activities with the onsite sales team.In addition, you will work closely with senior leadership and client teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing guidance on client needs and requirements.You will also facilitate client workshops and presentations, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.Furthermore, you will conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and market sourcing comparisons to support client decision-making.Lastly, you will contribute to the creation of business cases, client presentations, and deliverables related to sourcing strategies and operational improvements.Additional responsibilities may include travel (10-20%) and working with diverse global client stakeholders.Required Skills and QualificationsPossesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Has experience with data analysis and reporting, preferably using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Is familiar with sourcing methodologies and tools, preferably having experience with ISG.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.OthersThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level.
