Application Portfolio Management (APM) SpecialistWe seek a detail-oriented and strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialist to support enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.A critical role in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.Evaluate applications for their business value (e.g., strategic alignment, user impact, cost efficiency), and technical value (e.g., scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability). Identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies.Support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data. Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making.Provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.This role directly supports our enterprise-wide transformation by enabling smarter technology investments, reducing redundancy, and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.Requirements:Detailed knowledge of Application Portfolio Management principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's technology strategy and direction.
