Your role is to ensure that customer service is maintained as per the standards set by the us. Your day to day activities will involve:You will be fully responsible for the upkeep maintenance of the entire podium level which consists of horticulture and the greenery area.All amenities should be handle efficiently by the club managerIndoor and outdoor amenities at podium level should be maintain upkeep and operate efficientlyGym equipment upkeep, rules regulations to be maintain on daily basisSwimming Pool and swimming pool plant room to be maintained under supervision of club managerSwimming pool rules and regulations to be followed strictlyRules and regulations for indoor and outdoor amenities to be followed in co-ordination with BR management & resident committeeBanquet, Party areas, Mini Theatre, AV Room operations to be followed properly and strictly.In case of any damage to property, the penalty should be levied and revenue should be tracked on weekly basisEnsure that no misbehavior or malicious practices at podium levelClub manager will be in charge of the entire clubhouse team and their grooming and etiquette of hospitalityStringent decisions sometimes to be taken in the welfare of the residents to be takenExtra-curricular activities such as occasional festival, get together to be organize for interaction with residentsLocation: On-site –Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
