Job Title:Facility ExecutiveDepartment: FacilitiesGrade/Level: G1A/G1BDesignation: Sr. Facility Executive/Executive - TechnicalLocation: MumbaiReporting To: Facility Manager/Sr. Manager FacilityResponsibilities:Prioritize facilities' needs, oversee property operations, ensure administrative functions and security issues are covered.Monitor supplies, manage stock records, update equipment inventory, and maintain vendor management contracts.Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, business continuity plans, health and safety reviews.Coordinate with the LL team and Site FM team for daily activities.Main Tasks:Routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Manage tickets, track closure within SLA, and update M&E stock records.Vendor management, coordination, and manpower deployment.Inventory management, store management, and energy consumption data management.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and maintain records of admin reports.Incident reports, records, and tracker management, and maintaining technical equipment data sheets.Maintain PPM and Service reports, issue work permits, and manage gate passes and material movements.Provide data and reports to clients as required, check logbooks, checklists, and equipment history cards, and conduct time-to-time training for M&E teams.Skillset Required:a. Strong knowledge of property operations.b. Good working knowledge of occupational safety and client-centric operations.c. Solid background in team management.
