Visual Designer for Luxury Real Estate ProjectsWe are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of premium visual content for luxury real estate projects. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-end brochures, marketing materials, and social media creatives that showcase the beauty and luxury of our properties.About the RoleThis is a contract-based position that requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all assets and delivering creatives within strict timelines for marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to design premium visual content that aligns with our luxury branding theme.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-end brochures for villas, apartments, and construction projects.Design pamphlets, project one-pagers, site branding materials, and hoardings.Work closely with our in-house team to convert project vision into luxury-targeted visuals.Maintain brand consistency across all assets (luxury theme).Develop render layouts, elevation highlight sheets, and project feature sheets.Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed settings, high resolution).Deliver creatives within strict timelines for marketing campaigns.Provide revisions and adaptable versions for Instagram, WhatsApp, and print.RequirementsProven experience in real estate/ architecture/construction industry design.Strong portfolio of brochures, hoardings, ads, and brand layouts.Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva Pro.Ability to understand architectural drawings, renders, and convert them into luxury branding.Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and modern aesthetic alignment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must meet deadlines and maintain professional communication.Preferred QualitiesExperience in luxury real-estate branding.Understanding of typography, color psychology, and layout composition.Creative thinker with ability to translate technical information into simple, premium visuals.Flexible to work with multiple project briefs across the month.
