As we expand our service offerings, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your main tasks will include: 1. Market Research: ○ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. ○ Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. 2. Lead Generation: ○ Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences. ○ Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into clients. 3. Client Engagement: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. ○ Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements. 4. Sales and Negotiation: ○ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. ○ Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. 5. Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. ○ Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. 6. Reporting: ○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.○ Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. ● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services industry. ● Strong understanding of web development and design services. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. ● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
